Volunteer Group Beacon of Hope

Our volunteer department supports our neighborhood recovery initiatives with rebuilding and beautification projects that improve residents’ overall quality of life. The Beacon of Hope hosts a wide range of corporate groups, churches, community organizations, schools and more.

It is always our goal to provide a meaningful volunteer experience for all who serve. We coordinate and tailor projects that meet the needs of the homeowners and utilize the skill level of the volunteers. Find out how to sign up for our volunteer experience and plan your trip.

Are you disabled or elderly or have you simply exhausted your financial resources during the rebuilding process? Our volunteers can assist with a variety of projects from painting, landscaping, minor demolition, clearing overgrown properties of storm debris and light construction work.
